Kara Schick is the owner|operator of Shine Studio and has been a haristylist for over 15 years and a free-lance MAC Cosmetics make-up artist for 5 years. Her specialties include precision haircuts, hair color, color correction, make-up, wedding styles and fashion shows.

Kara has had extensive training with Schwartkopf color and has taught color classes to her peers. She offers services for fashion shows and weddings. Her work has been published in 5280 Wedding Special Guide (cover and editorial) and has worked with celebrities such as Joan Van Ark and Cokie Roberts.
